Consignment units are private party to private party sales facilitated thru us. No warranties are made or implied by Brewster's and all payments are made by buyer to seller. Seller is obligated to deliver good clear title to the buyer and it is incumbent on the seller to insure that any sales tax or fees, if applicable, are paid to the State of Minnesota.

All of our used units are reconditioned by our award winning service department to insure you have many hours of trouble-free operation. We collect the appropriate state tax & license fees and pay them on your behalf.
